All members of the AIEE have proposed and agreed to follow a Code of Conduct to ensure that customers get a consistent level of service at all times. Feedback is important to us and if any customer feels that an engineer did not follow these guide lines then please feel free to contact us where your comments will be followed up. To be allowed into the association the engineer must have a good track record and numerous recommendations.
What should be expected when using a member of the AIEE:
- Members are strictly prohibited from selling coffee or other equipment when working on behalf of another company.
- If an engineer is working on behalf of another company all customer inquiries will be reported back immediately.
- Our engineers are factory trained on one or more manufacturers machines and are extremely competent.
- Though charges may differ slightly across the country all charges are transparent and available where possible on request.
- Every engineer will show courtesy and consideration to our customers and their staff at all times.
- All members are V.A.T registered.
- All members have the relevant liability insurance.
- Engineers will endeavor to keep our customers informed on estimated arrival times.
