Caffeine Fix set up in 2006 with a goal of becoming the best in Scotland,  looking after a variety of customers and offering a second to none service.  We aim to get it right first time every time carrying a stock most major companies would be proud of!  Ritchie joined the company in 2010 after working for Illy for seven and a half years,  as such he has a wealth of experience in barista training and customer service.  The role he has taken is that of an engineer however ritchie also handles all new and used machine and equipment sales.
